Helped Tesco deliver in just five months a warehouse and a consolidated sourcing process for four Central European countries. Consolidated logistics and fulfilment operations and systems across Europe for Unisys then Fujitsu. Lead recovery of ERP implementations for Smythson, Caxton and Evans Cycles.
