High quality interactions

There is never a shortage of internal knowledge and opinion. The main problem seems to be that it is either not consulted or is badly applied. I work hard to put in place the disciplines, tools and support that allows key individuals within the business to be properly involved and contribute effectively.

Active participation

People enjoy my meetings. I know that consistent participation by key decision makers makes all the difference but has to be earned - all my meetings are well structured, short and productive.

Difficult conversations

Developing relationships and gaining trust of key players right across the organisation allows me to be a focal point for concerns and a conduit for fast issue resolution.
